Meet the Team

Mateo was born in Croatia and moved to Kansas City, MO in 2001. He attended Missouri Valley College on a full ride soccer scholarship, earning his bachelors degree in Marketing and Business Administration. His parents have an established real estate business that he had the option to work in, but Mateo wanted to pursue his dream of running his own company. Mateo started as an Entry Level in Kansas City, MO in March 2014, where he gained the opportunity to continue his growth. His strong work ethic and Go-getter mentality has gained him the prodigious title of President. Moving forward, his desire is to provide the same opportunity he was given by developing others into entrepreneurs and giving them the ability to live out their dreams!

Sanj was born and raised in Warwickshire, England. Both her mother and father ran their own separate businesses, so her love of entrepreneurship runs in the family, and she was always encouraged to push herself outside of her comfort zone! After high school, Sanj accepted a full soccer scholarship to the U.S, half way around the world, and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Upon graduating, Sanj's upbringing pulled her away from her biological studies and back into the business world. She then began her promising career as a Business Development Consultant in London. After a few years in London, Sanj decided to move back to the U.S. and joined our team at Prestige Business Solutions. She has been with the company since its founding date and intends to help the company continue with quality growth.

Jeandro, was born and raised in Puerto Rico.  He received a scholarship to play baseball at Clarendon College in Texas where he spent two years, then transferred to Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky to continue his baseball career and education.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice then continued on as an Assistant Coach for the baseball team.

Darren was born in Saipan, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Island, and moved to The United States at age 18. He graduated from the Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with a bachelor's in Theatre. Shortly after, he received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting at the University of Central Florida. He then worked as a professional actor and teaching artist for theater companies in Orlando FL. He began working for Prestige Business Solutions in 2021. He soon became one of the top Corporate Trainers, and in January 2022, He was promoted to Human Resources Manager. He now continues to help build and maintain the success of Prestige Business Solutions!

Born and raised in Orlando and a UCF graduate, Erin has always loved the business/entrepreneurship world, which led her to Prestige Business Solutions, Inc. in 2016 where she has been developing her talents and skills. Erin is very goal driven, creating her own career path by seeking out opportunities to develop her skills while building relationships, networking with the right people, and relying on those individuals for the right feedback and advice. 

Meet Chelsea, born and raised in Orlando, Florida. I have Bachelors of Science in Forensic investigations. My background is in law enforcement, where I spent 6 years as a Crime Scene Investigator. I made a change to join Prestige in  I am known for my resilience and results-oriented mindset, I thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment while maintaining a focus on integrity and long term success. I'm an avid reader, so you will always find me a new book and I love spending time with friends and family. 

Meet Victoria, a Florida native with a passion for reinvention! She began her career in esthetics, even owning and running her own successful business for five years. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned into sales, quickly earning a promotion to HR Manager after just six months. Now, Victoria thrives in her role, overseeing everything from recruiting to onboarding, and is dedicated to helping new hires succeed. Her journey is a testament to taking risks and flourishing at every turn!
